We called Denton Lawn and Sprinkler at the recommendation of a gutter company in Denton. No regrets. The company staff were polite and efficient and we quickly met with one of their team, Raul. Raul gave us a full assessment. When we asked when the work could start he said, "Monday" and sure enough his team was there at 8:00am Monday morning, and had what was honestly a very large project done in three days. They even modified the request at the last minute to add on a bit of extra work we suggested could be nice. No questions asked. The team said "sure" and had it done the same day. Denton Lawn and Sprinklers has earned our respect and trust and we will definitely use them again. I should also mention that Raul and the team followed up after the work was completed and explaining how everything worked. They even checked back with us after a major rainstorm. Great company.

We had been wanting sprinklers for some time and after calling about 4 different companies, Denton Sprinklers were the ONLY ones that called us back. Raul came out and explained every last detail. Fast forward to now, we are so excited to have had them installed. They look great! The team was great and finished the installation fast. They are all super friendly and trustworthy. First of all the face of the company, Luis the receptionist is thorough, friendly and helpful. Luis has always been friendly when he responds to my requests and is reliable in that he passes on my request to the proper person in the company who can help with my concerns. And I always get a response from someone within a few days. Then for my repairs yesterday - Oscar and Adam came to my house to repair a stubborn sprinkler head that wasn’t spraying at all or alternately spraying heavily or losing pressure. They trouble shot it - and it took more than a few times. They were both patient and polite and best of all explained what they were doing as they were doing it so I understood what was happening. What a breath of fresh air to have people be respectful and professional. That’s the way to represent a company - from Luis the receptionist to Oscar and Adam and even Raul their boss who has been nothing but friendly and professional and was very thorough as he explained our new install of sprinkler system with this company. I was surprised yesterday when I called about a problem and found Stephanie to be very helpful in identifying the issue and selling me the parts. I was not aware that you folks even sell parts retail. The advice she provided save me many dollars and time. No more big-box stores for me!

Also, Vernon mentioned this morning that you also offer a seasonal on/off service and fix the Pressure Vacuum Breakers. I wish I knew this in years past because frozen valves caused issues twice in the past. I have several friends in the Denton area that had the same problem in the past.

"They say first impressions are everything and they are right. My original company that installed couldn't fix a pipe for over 3 months and said to call someone else. The city referred me to you and what a blessing that was! The lady that answered the phone understood my needs and concerns and made my appointment at the earliest time possible. When your techs arrived they were friendly and professional and even SHOWED me what they were going to replace, and how, as well as teach me the new equipment. When they were done they even told me they checked the WHOLE system, cleaned pipes the original install company had left FILTHY, and made sure each head was adjusted to spray correctly. I didn't expect such thoroughness! This was one of those positive experiences where I found a BETTER company that I will use as my primary and recommend you to my neighbors.
